Diane had become a qualified eye doctor and was a practicing optometrist. Meanwhile, Robert was hitting the TV circuit as a field producer, and this is when the couple first met.

Marriage

Robert and Diane crossed paths back in 1988, and tied the knot just two years later.

For a decade or so, it seemed like their relationship was going well. The pair had three children together; Caprice, Sky, and Brendan, and the couple were regularly spotted looking loved up on cosy dates together.

However, things began to change when Robert Herjavec decided to join the line-up for Dancing With the Stars. Shortly after his initial training, it was announced that Robert and Diane would be separating after 24 years of marriage.

Rumours predictably started flying around the internet when fans got wind of it, but nothing was actually confirmed by Diane Plese as she filed for divorce in 2015.

But eventually, it was revealed that he WAS actually dating his dance partner Kym Johnson, which fuelled rumours that he had cheated on Diane Plese all along.

Since his marriage to Diane Plese, Robert Herjavec has continued his relationship with Kym. In fact, he and his new squeeze got engaged just a year after his divorce with Diane went through.

However, it seems like his wife has other ideas. She said that she would “love to have more kids” with Robert in the future!
