Which Love Island couples are still together? Only a select few have lasted beyond the show; find out whose relationships have lasted in the real world…
Which Love Island Couples Are Still Together? (2016)
Olivia and Alex
The OG Love Island couple! Olivia and Alex went on to tie the knot in September 2018, two years after finding love on the island.
They moved in to their first home together just a year after the show, and have now gone on to buy their ‘family home’- a £2m Chelmshord mansion.
“22nd October 2019 we sold our first home. 6th October 2017 I remember so well; we bought this house. God we were so excited. It holds so many memories, so many firsts, we got married whilst we lived here, it was our first home & I‘m gonna miss it so so much.

“Tomorrow, we move into our dream home. Honestly this home is everything I’ve ever dreamt of, it has so much potential. It’s kinda unbelievable that we’re now here experiencing it.

“Neither of us ever thought this would be happening. We both feel so overwhelmed, I honestly can’t even write this correctly, I don’t think I can ever feel grateful enough for this life & for what we experience.”
These two are the epitome of Love Island- when it works out.
Nathan and Cara
Another pair of OGs; Nathan and Cara actually won their series, with Olivia and Alex coming runners up. Often, they say those that finish 2nd on the show end up going on to have a more successful relationship, but that wasn’t the case for this series.

Both couples are still together! Nathan and Cara have a little boy- and the first Love Island baby, together and are actually expecting another! They also tied the knot in summer last year, cementing their little family.

Dom and Jess
Many doubted these two from the start, but fast forward three years and they’re happily married with a baby boy!

The pair married in a secret ceremony on the Greek island of Mykonos in October 2018, just weeks after Olivia and Alex’s lavish Essex ceremony.
Camilla and Jamie
These two love birds made on of Love Island’s best fairytales! Despite being a bomb disposal expert and one of the most liked islanders in history, Camilla had her share of bad luck in the villa, before her handsome Prince Charming came and quite literally sweapt her off her feet. And they haven’t looked back since.

There seems to be no wedding bells as of yet, but who knows what’s on the cards. Three years later and going stronger than ever…

Molly and Tommy
The only remaining couple from Love Island 2019 is Molly Mae Hague and Tommy Fury- ironically one of the most controversial and doubted couples of the series.
The pair finished runners up to winners Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea- you’ll notice a lot of the strongest couples actually came runner up.

Molly and Tommy became the only couple to survive, after their fellow islanders Maura Higgins and Curtis Pritchard ended their relationship at the start of this year.

Paige and Finley
Paige Turley and Finley Tapp were crowned the winners of the first winter Love Island edition back in March. The pair epitomised love’s young dream- defying Casa Amor and remaining coupled up throughout.

The ex of Lewis Capaldi is isolating with Finley as we speak, but we can’t imagine they’re keeping social distance!
Siannise and Luke
These two finished 2nd behind Paige and Finn, but look happier than ever on their social medias. Also isolating together, they’ve thrown themselves in to the world of Tik Tok.

Looking more loved up than ever, we think these two might go the distance!
Molly and Callum
These two were almost meant to be! Both from Manchester, they instantly clicked in the villa, and have been going from strength to strength since!
They didn’t actually become official boyfriend and girlfriend in the villa, but it didn’t take Callum long to seal the deal on the outside:
He explained how the anything-but-romantic moment went:
“I said me and Molly were ‘courting’ and Molly replied, “Courting? That means we’re together.”

He continued:
“I was like: ‘Alright then’ and she was like: ‘Are you asking me to be your girlfriend,’ and I was like: ‘Yeah’. And that’s how it come about.”
Things must be getting quite serious as they’re currently isolating together at Mollys’ parents house!
We wonder who’ll take one for the team and have the next Love Island baby? Or who will be the next proposal…
