After 59 years of marriage, Linda tragically passed away in 2016. She spent her final days in LA after sadly losing a short battle with cancer.

Tom Speaks Openly About His Heartbreak
The Welsh singer and judge on The Voice has since paid tributes to his late wife, and doesn’t shy away from speaking about how she was his one true love.
In 2021, he spoke openly on The Joe Wicks Podcast about how Linda had been the only woman for him. He stated that he would never love again, as the love of his life was always Linda.
He remembered fondly that the pair had fallen in love when they saw each other at 12 years old.

After Linda’s death, Tom agreed to her final wish and ended up selling their LA home so that he could move back to London and buy a flat there.
