Noel Clarke has been hitting the headlines in recent times. And no, it’s not for a new film of his.
The actor has been caught up in harassment allegations, which hasn’t made things easy for his family- especially his wife.
So what do we know about Noel Clarke’s other half?
Let’s get the lowdown…
Noel Clarke Wife
Noel Clarke’s wife is Iris Da Silva, who is Portuguese.
Iris used to be a make-up artist, and has worked on numerous films and TV shows including 2002’s Licks. And her husband starred in it too!
Iris also worked in the make-up department for 1999 TV show Metrosexuality.
The couple have three kids together, but rarely share snaps of their growing brood on social media.

Gina Carano Husband: Who is the actress dating?
Nobody really knows how long Noel and Iris have been together for, or when they actually married. Noel Clarke is notoriously quiet about his personal life these days.
But when Noel has spoken about his wife, he’s heaped nothing but praise on her.
The actor revealed that Iris had helped him build bridges with his estranged father, which he was very grateful for.
In a 2014 interview with The Guardian, the actor said:
“My wife encouraged me to reach out. We speak now and he sees his grandkids.
I’m glad things worked out the way they did with him because it spurred me on and gave me my drive.”
Career
Noel hit the big time when he scored a role in the first two series of Doctor Who’s revival, making him a household name.
The actor then picked up other television work in Casualty while performing on stage.
He ended up winning the Laurence Olivier Award for “Most Promising Newcomer” in 2003 for his performance in the play Where Do We Live at the Royal Court Theatre.

In 2005, Noel Clarke started his writing career when he wrote the screenplay for Kidulthood. He also directed and starred in the sequel Adulthood three years later, which brought the actor to wider fame.
After this, Noel made appearances in everything from Star Trek Into the Darkness to Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, and made Brotherhood, the sequel to Adulthood.
Harassment Allegations
Things were going super well for the star, but stories of his past behaviour started circulating.
Earlier this year, Noel Clarke was accused of groping, harassing and bullying by 20 women- something that he has denied.
Iris Clarke is continuing to stand by the actor’s side as he hits the headlines. But things aren’t looking good for his future career.
The Doctor Who star allegedly showed colleagues sexually explicit photos and videos of women, secretly filmed a naked audition, and pressured women into performing sex scenes completely nude.
The Baftas went on to suspend his outstanding contribution award, as well as the actor’s membership.
The final episode of his ITV drama Viewpoint was also pulled from the air after the actor was branded a “sexual predator”. The international distribution of the show was also suspended.

As the media storm continued, Noel Clarke eventually said he was “deeply sorry” and will be seeking “professional help”.
In his full statement, the actor said:
“Recent reports however have made it clear to me that some of my actions have affected people in ways I did not intend or realise.
To those individuals, I am deeply sorry.
I will be seeking professional help to educate myself and change for the better.”
As a result of his comments, Sky then halted work on series four of Bulletproof, which stars Noel and Ashley Walters.
Ashley said that he was shocked about the claims levelled at his “friend and colleague” of many years, but he couldn’t just stand by and “ignore” them.
