It’s safe to say that Mick has a taste for luxury.
He used to have properties all over the world, but after the birth of his daughter, he decided to stick with one gorgeous home in Surrey– complete with its own recording studio.
“Having a studio at home is great, as it allows me to work while being totally dedicated to my wife Gabriella and our seven-year-old daughter Romy True.
This is the only home we live in now – when you have a young family you can’t be a jet-setter. I used to have places in France and Italy [though].”
The singer put his stunning home in Sicily on the market over seven years ago, but it hasn’t actually been snapped up yet. Maybe the asking price is too high…

But after years apart, it seemed like Gabriella held a special place in Mick’s heart. It’s rumoured that she inspired the songs Broken Man and Love Has Said Goodbye Again.
The pair finally reunited again through a mutual friend in 2003, and have been together ever since.
Family Life
Gabriella gave birth to baby Romy True Hucknall, who weighed 9lb, at the private Portland maternity hospital in London.
This meant that Mick Hucknall finally became a father for the first time at the grand old age of 47 years old. And it was clear that he was over the moon!

I’m a family man now, a unit. Me, my wife, my daughter and I won’t do anything to f*** that up.”
