Mary Love Island: What Has She Been up to Since Her Time in the Villa?

Mary’s Love Island journey was pretty explosive.
After making an entrance in Casa Amour, she quickly turned heads to secure her ticket back to the villa.
While Mary didn’t end up winning the show, the model has gone on to have a hugely successful career as an influencer. But there have been some heartbreaks along the way.

We were first introduced to Mary when the boys were sent packing to Casa Amour. She ended up getting fairly close with Toby during their stay, who eventually decided to dump his current girl Abi in favour of Mary.
The pair made their entrance back into the main villa, but within minutes, Toby had already lost interest…
While Toby started chasing his OG girl Chloe, Mary began a budding romance with footballer Aaron. And the pair seemed the perfect match!

Yewande Love Island: Life after the villa
Mary and Aaron continued to go from strength to strength on the show, and eventually left the villa together when they were dumped just before the final.
After the Villa
When her time in the villa came to an end, Mary was thrown back into reality straight away.
She was given the news that her grandma had passed away while filming Love Island, and the model was absolutely devastated.
While Mary was still dating Love Island footballer Aaron at the time, things became strained between the pair as the model came to terms with her loss.
The couple decided to call it quits just a few days after they flew back to the UK.
At the time, Mary hadn’t spoken out about what had happened with her grandma. While fans mocked the former couple for splitting so quickly, Mary stayed quiet until she felt ready to open up about things.

Nas Love Island: What happened to the reality TV star?
During a candid Instagram Q and A, the model said:
“Coming out of the villa and finding out about the news of my grandmother completely threw me.
I’ve never lost anyone close to me, so it has been really hard for me to be honest.
As a result of this, my head is all over the place, and all I knew is that I wanted to be back home surrounded by my loved one.”
The Love Island star admitted that Aaron has been checking up on her to see how she was while she was griefving and revealed that the pair still have a strong bond.
“Aaron is an amazing person who has been supportive about everything since we left the show.
I will always be so grateful that we met as he’s a massive part of my Love Island journey.
But I’m focusing on getting my head back in the right headspace which is why I haven’t been crazy active since coming out.”
Influencer Status
It took a while for Mary to get back on her feet, but she got there in the end. And she’s been super busy with modelling contracts and brand deals!
The influencer has landed sponsorships with the likes of Oh Polly and Lullabellz- and she’s even bagged herself a bikini range with Mars the Label.

Arabella Chi: Catching up with the Love Island star
Now that her status has skyrocketed, fans have been keen to see Mary move on after her relationship with Aaron. But it seems that Mary’s still cautious about getting serious.
She went on a date with Love Island series 3 star Chris Hughes, and she’s currently rumoured to be hooking up with fellow islander Scott Thomas. But Mary hasn’t shared any pictures with the reality star just yet.
