Holly Grealish is Jack’s sister, and has continued to inspire the footballer both on and off the pitch.

Holly Grealish
Holly Grealish is now 18 years old, and is very close to her footballer brother.
She has cerebral palsy- a common motor condition found in childhood. It can affect a person’s ability to move and maintain balance.
Holly Grealish has suffered with the condition since she was born, and has spent an awful lot of her childhood in hospital.
She’s undergone two additional operations in the last few years. And unfortunately, there’s still more to come.
But despite the hardship she’s gone through, Holly still manages to put a smile on everyone’s faces- especially her brother Jack’s!
The footballer has been on hand to keep Holly’s spirits up as much as possible, and she’s been able to do the same for him.

Holly even makes a few cute appearances alongside her brother on his Instagram page.
Jack takes his big brother duties seriously, and recently made an adorable surprise for Holly for her birthday- he invited his Coronation Street pal to make a special appearance!
Corrie actor Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland, rocked up to Holly’s celebrations to surprise the teen. She’s been a massive fan of his for years now, and she was delighted to spend time with one of her idols.

The Grealish Family
While Holly struggles with her condition, there’s been even more heartbreak for the Grealish family over the years.
The star’s little brother Daniel passed away when he was just a baby from Sudden Infant Death syndrome, devastating the family.
It’s therefore not surprising that the young footballer is keen to make his family proud.
Speaking about his journey on BBC Sport, Jack said he “loves his family so much.”
He added that they were all “so proud” of him after his performance during the Euros.

Jack said:
“My mum text me straight away after the match. I think she was a bit emotional and stuff.
My little brother passed away then I was young, and my other little sister has cerebral palsy. She’s, you know, she’s like my best friend. I speak to her all the time.”
When asked if his little sister is proud of him, Jack replied:
“Aw, she is.”
The footballer added:
“She’ll live with my mum forever so my mum was always looking after the kids, whereas my dad would take me and my brother to Villa Park on a Saturday.
He’d drive me to wherever I was and wherever I was playing. Not everyone’s parents did that. He’s so proud of me”.

It’s safe to say that Jack Grealish has had a glittering career so far.
After becoming the poster boy of the 2020 Euros, Jack has won himself an army of new fans.
He started out at Aston Villa at the age of six, and made his debut for the club in 2014.
He’s spent most of his career at his childhood club, but has occasionally gone on loan to the likes of Notts County.
