Brown began her pageantry career at the young age of 15 years old. She started by competing in local Alabama teen pageants
When she was just a teen, she was crowned first runner up in Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen in 2010. And, in 2011 she was crowned second runner up in the Miss Alabama Teen USA competition. So, already her career was developing successfully at such a young age.
After this, she then competed in 2013 in the Miss Alabama pageant. But unfortunately, she did not place in this competition.
She then took a well-earned rest. For a young girl of Hannah Brown’s age, the pressure of pageantry can be a lot. So, after a break she returned in 2017, where she returned to compete in Miss Alabama 2017. But again, she did not place.
Not put off by this she then returned more determined than ever in 2018 to the same Miss Alabama competition. She represented West Alabama and thankfully she won the title and was crowned Miss Alabama USA of 2018.
More opportunities
With her new title, Miss Alabama USA 2018, it opened up a whole new host of opportunity. She was given the chance to represent Alabama at the Miss USA 2018 competition. While she was competing at this competition, she had a roommate. Her roommate turned out to be the future The Bachelor castmate Kaelynn Miller-Keyes. Caelynn had been crowned the winner of the 2018 competition Miss North Carolina USA.
However, Brown did not place in the Miss USA competition.
Mental Health Awareness
As we know, Hannah Brown’s age when she started pageantry was very young. After a couple of years competing, she took a break for a few years. She was suffering with mental health issues; anxiety and depression.

She used her platform to use her own experiences and speak about mental health and its importance. This was her focus during her Miss USA pageant competition.
When she later released a book, she wrote in more depth about her struggles and experiences with mental health. She also struggled with body image. Pageantry has a very heavy focus on somebody’s physical appearance which contributes to scrutiny and comparisons of your own body and others.

Her Reality TV Debut
With her newfound pageant fame, she then got opportunities to be involved with reality TV.
Her first debut into the reality TV world was with The Bachelor. Hannah Brown age 24 was cast in season 23 of The Bachelor. The bachelor in the season was former professional football player Colton Underwood.
She came 7th in the show when Underwood eliminated her during an episode.
After this she became a hit with the producers and fans. Despite having placed 7th, she was asked back as the lead Bachelorette. This made her the first bachelorette to not have placed in the top 4 places of her season.
In the final episode of The Bachelorette, the star chose Jed Wyatt to be her fiancé. But the relationship did not last. And, after they broke up it was revealed that Wyatt had had a relationship just before he joined the show.
She also asked Tyler Cameron on a date during the season finale. But this did not blossom into anything.
Prime Time TV
Her bachelorette days were over. And, in 2019 she competed in the 28th season of Dancing with The Stars. The pair got on very well and she Hannah Brown, age 24 at this point, was a natural dancer. On November 25th the pair were declared the winners.
In A Relationship
Since 2019 she has been with her boyfriend Adam Woolard. He lives in LA and is a meditation and life coach. The pair are extremely happy together and share lot’s of photos together on their social media platfoms.
