How Georgia Marie Thompson’s Parents Met
The two were introduced to each other by the talent manager named Danny Estrada back in 2009. From there on they became close friends and started to spend more and more time with one another. And, after a blossoming relationship came out of their relationship, Georgia Marie Thompson’s parents started to live together.

Then, in 2011, the pair exchanged vows and married at an aquarium in Atlanta, Georgia after a brief engagement period. They shared their big day with just close family and friends. Fast forward in time and they have now been happily married to one another for a decade.
Some thought the couple an unlikely match due to the almost decade age gap between the two. However, the pair have definitely proven people wrong.

In 2014 the couple welcomed their first daughter Georgia Marie Thompson 2014, after 3 years of marriage. Then, in 2018, the pair had their second child, Gianna Michelle. The family has a very close relationship and both parents are fully involved with parenting and family life, despite their busy career schedules.
Strong Female Role Model
Georgia Marie Thompson has grown up with a mother who champions women’s rights and women’s independence. And, mother Evangeline does not think there is an age too young to get this point across to her two daughters.
She encourages both of her daughters to have a voice and to make themselves heard and be active both socially and politically. In 2018, she took her eldest daughter Georgia Marie Thompson to the Women’s March.

Georgia Marie Thompson’s Parents Career Paths
Kenan Thompson is of course in the public eye. He is an American actor, producer, and comedian. The NBC star started his acting career in the early 1990s and was an original cast member of Nickelodeon’s sketch comedy series All That. He often worked alongside co-star Kel Mitchell.
Hence, in 1996 the two good friends and co-stars began starring in their sitcom called Kenan & Kel (1996–2000). Georgia Marie Thompson’s father also had roles in The Mighty Ducks franchise, Good Burger, and he was the title character in the 2004 film named Fat Albert.
Saturday Night Live
The actor also has the impressive claim to fame of being nominated four times for a Primetime Emmy Award for his work on SNL, which one time he won.
Despite all this, he is best known for his stint on Saturday TV. American star Kenan has been a cast member of the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live since 2003, which makes him the longest-tenured cast member in the history of the show. And of course, this is how he came to be recognized by many.
He currently stars on the NBC sitcom Kenan, which premiered in 2021. The show is about a father and recent widower who has to navigate life as a newly single parenting father of two. According to Kenan, Georgia Marie Thompson’s mom was not overly happy with his role in this particular series due to the subject of the show.
Evangeline Company Founder
Evangeline also has a very successful career, albeit in a different sector. Her main profession is as a wellness advisor for a company called Evermore which she founded. Evermore, the company provides support for individuals who are bereaved.

The mother of Georgia Marie Thompson had inspiration for her company. It came sadly from the death of her father and grandfather. Losing two of the closest people to her means that bereavement is an issue particularly close to her heart.
When she is not working as a wellness advisor, she works as a photographer, model, and also actress. She has appeared in the short movie “Mini Supreme” in 2015. And, of course as well as these impressive pursuits she is also a full-time mother of two.
