She’s the Marvel actress that’s steadily taking over the world.
Now one of the most highly-paid actresses in Hollywood, Gal Gadot has become a hugely recognised face thanks to her time as Wonder Woman in the DC universe.
So what is Gal Gadot’s net worth exactly?
Let’s have a look back at her career so far…
Gal Gadot Net Worth
Celebrity Net Worth states that Gal Gadot’s net worth is a whopping $30 million. This equates to just under £22 million pounds.
After enjoying a successful modelling career, Gal started building up her acting portfolio. While she starred in a fair few films before launching herself into the DC universe, her role as Wonder Woman has brought her huge fame- and some huge pay checks too.
In 2018 (the same year she made Time’s list of most influential people FYI) she was one of the highest paid actresses in the world. She nabbed this title yet again in 2020- mainly thanks to her pay out for the Netflix film Red Notice, which earnt her an eye watering $32 million.

She’s also raked in some serious cash from her “healthy” version of mac n cheese called Goodles, which the actress promotes through her Instagram page.
Career
Gal Gadot was modelling from an early age, and won the 2004 Miss Israel beauty pageant when she was just 18.
It didn’t take long for Gal to start picking up cushy acting roles, and she was cast in the fourth film of the Fast & Furious franchise, as well as Date Night and action-adventure comedy Knight and Day.
But as we know, the actress’ biggest break came from her landmark role in Wonder Woman. She reprised the character for Justice League, which won her armies of fans.

Controversies
While Gal Gadot certainly hasn’t been as controversial as other Hollywood actors, she’s still ended up hitting the headlines thanks to her online content.
Remember lockdown 1? It was the one where tons of celebrities got together to sing their version of Imagine by John Lennon- but it didn’t get the reaction they probably intended.
Gal Gadot decided to call on her A-list pals and persuade them to take part in an “uplifting” rendition of the song after she was inspired by a video of an Italian man playing the trumpet on his balcony for his neighbours in isolation.
In her video, Gal is singing along with the likes of Sia, Will Farrell, Mark Ruffalo, Sarah Silverman and Kristen Wiig.

Far from melting the hearts of the general public, the video gained enormous backlash from social media users, and the press soon piled on. Oh dear.
Gal’s video was branded “tone deaf” and “cringe-worthy” with many claiming that the A-listers were completely out of touch.
The actress later apologised for the release of the video:
“It wasn’t the right timing, and it wasn’t the right thing. It was in poor taste.
All pure intentions, but sometimes you don’t hit the bullseye, right? I felt like I wanted to take the air out of it, so that was a delightful opportunity to do that.”
Gal Gadot also sparked a backlash after her pro-Israel tweet went viral.
The former Miss Israel wrote:
“Israel deserves to live as a free and safe nation”.
She was criticised by supporters of the Palestinian cause, but others like the US politician Ted Cruz praised the star for her words.
