The year is 2013. Dua Lipa is on the cusp of signing to a major label but is presently just waitressing in London and uploading songs onto Soundcloud. At this point, she meets professional chef and model Isaac Carew and in 2015, the two officially start a relationship.
Despite looking loved-up on vacations all over the world, and Dua supporting Isaac with his restaurant business, the two split in February 2017. The break is short-lived, though, and they begin their relationship again in June 2018.
Clarifying the reason for their first split, Isaac said on Instagram: “We spent 3 and half years happily together with loyalty and love and we never broke up in the first place because we had problems like that.
We broke up because of scheduling conflicts and not being able to be together. Luckily our skin is tougher and love is stronger than this.”

Eminem Girlfriend: The Rapper’s Dating History
Sadly, in June 2019, the two called it quits for a second time – this time forever. The two didn’t release a public statement, but cryptic messages on their Instagrams pointed to a split.
Dua paid thanks to her friend for coming to see her in Paris, saying “Friends when you need them most” and love-heart emojis.

After his split with Dua, Paul sat down and wrote Lany’s second album, Malibu Nights, in just 45 days.

After that, the two cemented their relationship fast. In early 2020, the two moved in together, renting an apartment in Manhattan, and the two also isolated together in London when Covid halted travel plans.
However, just months after celebrating Dua’s birthday together again, Dua and Anwar have reportedly split. The two have been quiet on their social media, but cryptic comments from a recent interview may confirm that something big has happened in Dua’s life.
She said: “My circle’s really tight, my family and my friends keep me so grounded, and it gives me some kind of comfort that not everything is out there that would take away from your life and privacy.”
