The American musician and YouTuber- who’s always been known for his “faceless” work- has hit the headlines in recent times.

Corpse Husband’s face or identity has never been revealed to his fans, leading to a LOT of curiosity from internet followers. So when alleged photos of him surfaced online, it’s safe to say this broke the internet.

There’s been growing speculation about who he actually is, so it’s not surprising that the images gained huge traction with fans.

The photos in question appeared to be of a teen boy. But not all internet users were convinced it was Corpse Husband.

This lead to many claiming that the “face reveal” was actually a hoax.

Internet trolls were quick to pile on, and began to make comments about the appearance of the person in the photos.

But loyal fans quickly leapt to the defence of the alleged Corpse Husband.

One follower said:

“Y’all being so mean about the corpse face leak… he literally sings about how self conscious he is about his appearance and you guys are out here bashing him bc he doesn’t live up to your fantasies? Disgusting.”

Another commented:

“Wtf are these tweets… No wonder why he’s scared to show his face”.

Corpse Husband’s fellow internet stars also defended him, including content creator Valkyrae.

During a recent livestream, she asked her own fans to show support for Corpse Husband.

She hinted that the YouTuber was “going through a lot of things” at the moment…

“I just want you guys to know that every single one of my friends is exactly the same as they are off stream… They all are very, very good people.

Some of them, not naming any names, but some of them are going through a lot of things, and sometimes life is really, really hard.

Be kind to my friends.”

Although Corpse Husband has been making online content for a while now, his status blew up in 2020 through his online game videos.

He’s since developed an impressive fanbase, with over seven million subscribers on his YouTube channel alone.

He’s also known for his horror story narration and Twitch streaming, and generally produces his videos with his trademark low-pitch bass voice to protect his identity.

The closest fans have gotten to seeing the real Corpse Husband is in a YouTube video with fellow internet star Anthony Padilla, titled “I spent a day with FACELESS YOUTUBERS.”

In the video, Corpse Husband himself appears – but he keeps his face covered by his logo. The most fans get to see are his shoulders, which has kept fans longing to know more about the internet star.

It’s generally thought that Corpse Husband keeps his identity a secret as he suffers from severe anxiety and health problems. He only leaves the house if he’s wearing a hood or a mask.

The YouTuber revealed that he has fibromyalgia, sleep apnoea, chronic insomnia, and an eye condition, which means he has to wear an eye patch.
