We were first introduced to Ning and Mark in Married at First Sight Australia- and while we had everything crossed for the pair, things just didn’t work out.
So what happened to Ning and Mark after the hit reality show, and who are they both dating now?

Married at First Sight Australia
The show, which had originally aired down under in 2019, became a hit in the UK as complete strangers made the life changing decision of getting married- which gave some very mixed results.
Mum of three Ning Surasiang was matched with ex-army man Mark Scrivens, and they certainly had their ups and downs.
They had plenty of fiery rows on camera, but things looked like they were settling down when the couple were whisked off for a romantic trip to the Gold Coast.
When it came to their wedding day, Ning got things off to a rocky start when she admitted at the altar that she was “just here for the free food”, which didn’t go down well with Mark.

Married at First Sight: Owen and Michelle
It was then that things quickly fell apart- leaving viewers aghast.
Mark dropped a huge bombshell on Ning and said:
“Ning, I came on here to find love, but I haven’t found it with you.
Even though my feelings for you are strong, I don’t see these feelings being strong enough to survive for you after this experiment ends. And they aren’t strong enough to ask you to move your entire life and three children to a new city”.
Ouch.
“Reunion”
The former couple ended up spending some time together after the show, which sparked hopes that Ning and Mark had reconciled.
During the reunion show, Mark openly admitted that “there was a flame still burning” for Ning, and she too seemed VERY set on reuniting with her ex.

It was later revealed that the pair had spent the night together after the reunion show, sending fans into meltdown.
Speaking to the press, Ning said:
“Look, anything is possible, and of course we still talk. I don’t want to give anything away, but women and men need to have some hope in their lives, and it’s not over until the fat lady sings, and hopefully I can become that fat lady one day”.
But sadly, it wasn’t meant to be. Things quickly went quiet between Ning and Mark, and each of them moved on with some brand-new beaus.
Moving On
Since his time on the show, Mark Scrivens is now dating girlfriend and reality star Bianca Chatfield.
Bianca starred in the 2018 season of renovation reality show The Block, and she quickly slid into Mark’s DMs after Married at First Sight.

Speaking to The Herald Sun last year, Bianca said:
“A lot of people wouldn’t know we’ve been together for a year because we were so conscious of keeping it on the down low.
For us, it was a real relationship and nothing to do with TV. Even though I’m a public person I’ve always kept my personal life private. But now we’re like whatever, it’s going well”.
After dating for two years, the pair now live together in Melbourne.
And as for Ning?
She’s now bagged herself a boyfriend called Kane Micallef, who she met on Tinder.
They’ve been seeing each other since August 2020, but held back on showing off their romance on Instagram.

Now Ning is happy to share loved-up snaps with her new beau, and the pair are regularly spotted on cute picnic dates and days out with her children.
The family live together in Sydney.
