Caben Albi George Davis was born to parents Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell back in 2017. But there were problems between the warring parents even then.
Their relationship was rocked by numerous rows, which resulted in the pair splitting before Steph even announced her pregnancy.
So what exactly happened during their tumultuous on-off relationship?

It all started when the couple met in the Celebrity Big Brother house. Stephanie and Jeremy immediately hit things off, and continued their relationship once they left the show.

The pair split after just three months together.

In July 2017, Stephanie Davis announced that she was pregnant, and insisted that Jeremy was the father.
The Irish reality star repeatedly denied this, and continued to make digs at Steph on social media. He went as far as demanding a paternity test, which he ended up doing live on ITV’s This Morning.
It turned out that Jeremy was indeed the father, but it soon became clear that he wouldn’t be stepping up to raise his child.

Jeremy ended up jetted off to Thailand for a boozy holiday just as Stephanie was giving birth.
This has led to the suggestion that Jeremy McConnell had “swanned away” from responsibility.
A source told The Mirror:
“It’s typical that Jeremy has swanned away from his responsibility as he has done throughout this pregnancy. You couldn’t write it.
The mother of his baby is giving birth any moment and he’s jetting off to Thailand on a boozy holiday. He has shirked responsibility throughout the whole process so we should hardly be shocked now.”
At this point, Stephanie began to fall into a downward spiral. She became more and more reliant on alcohol until she was fired on the spot on the Hollyoaks set after turning up drunk.
She later checked into rehab.

In August 2017, Jeremy was found guilty of battering his on-off girlfriend in a cocaine-fuelled row.

The stress of the trial took its toll on the ex Hollyoaks star, who ended up having a miscarriage with her second child during court proceedings.
A friend of Stephanie’s told The Sun:
“Stephanie suffered a miscarriage two weekends ago due to stress.
“Steph is devastated that she has lost her baby. Doctors have said it is down to the pressure and stress she has been under lately.
“Stephanie has been continually taunted by Jeremy, knowing she was pregnant setting up paparazzi pictures on a date.
“He has hurt her again and again. It was never enough just letting her deal with the circumstances she found herself in, she has had to see him publicly parading a new girl around and trying to mess with her head.
“With all that has gone on the baby was what was keeping her positive and focused.”
Jeremy McConnell was sentenced to 10 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. He was also investigated for sending Stephanie streams of messages on social media, which was a breach of his restraining order from her.
Stephanie herself was also the subject of investigation after being arrested for GBH after attacking Jeremy at a hotel- but she was later cleared of all charges.
She is now single, and focuses her time on son Calen Albi George Davis, who is three years old.
