The dessert was big enough t0 feed around 1,200 staff, weighed more than 30 stone and boasted around 360,000 calories in total.

She has since been asked to recreate it for Channel 5’s Amazing Cakes and Bakes, which will air later this month.
After spending weeks creating the masterpiece, it took Rosie 16 hours moulding, crafting and decorating it.
The impressive creation was then delivered to NHS workers at the Royal Bolton Hospital last week, where the staff shared it round.
