The 35-year-old star won the sixth series of baking show in 2015, but she doesn’t fancy returning to the tent again to be judged by Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith if a spin-off series pitting the winners of previous series against one another was to happen.
According to Digital Spy, she said:
‘I don’t know that I would ever do something like that.
‘Whoever puts themselves through something like that twice? Once was enough, thank you very much. It was so stressful.
‘Only people who have been in the tent will tell you how stressful it is to be in the actual tent. The perspiration is serious. Always wear dark colours because there’s a lot of sweating, and it’s really stressful. It is really, really stressful’.
However, the TV presenter-and-author hasn’t completely ruled it out.
She continued:
‘But I think I’m just quite happy with my trophy, thank you very much. I don’t need another one. Never say never. Never say never. But my goodness, I would never deliberately put myself through that twice’.

Meanwhile, Nadiya’s American Adventure is set to hit BBC One on December 10.
It sees Nadiya travel to America to explore the best of the country’s vibrant cuisine, but also aims to highlight how immigration has impacted “our culinary landscape”.
She explained:
‘The whole point of the journey was to explore immigration and how that’s affected our culinary landscape.
‘Because of immigration, we get to eat some incredible food. Being in the UK, we eat such incredible food from all over the world, and it was really interesting, with England being so tiny, how that’s had such an impact on a place like America. That’s really interesting.
‘And being the daughter of an immigrant and being first generation British means that’s something that’s quite close to me. And that’s the reason why I do things like this. When I commit to filming something, it has to mean something to me’.
