Kylie Jenner House: Who Lives In Her $36.5m Mansion?
Kylie Jenner house has recently become a $29m Los Angeles mansion, that she purchased during the Coronavirus lockdown.

What’s It Like?
The 19,250 square feet mansion is located in Holmby Hills, one of LA’s most sought after neighbourhoods; so its original listing price of $45m comes as no surprise.
The compound boasts seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, as well as a chef’s kitchen, a bar, games room, swimming pool, tennis/ basketball court, home cinema and outdoor projection screen. That was a mouthful.
Oh, and it also has 20 parking spaces outside for the ‘self-made billionaire’s’ luxury cars.
Does She Own Other Properties?
The 23-year-old, 5’6″ social media star has made her mark in the real estate game, going through multiple properties since moving out from Matriarch Kris Jenner’s house, at 18, but this is by far her most impressive investment.

The youngest Kardashians star has previously living in a $12 million Hidden Hills home, whilst also owning a $13m Beverly Hills investment property with on-off partner Travis Scott AND a Palm Springs vacation home.

As well as everything there is to possibly need and want inside her $36.5 million mansion, she’s also got two guest apartments that sit within the estate.
Who Lives There?
It’s thought that best friend, Anastasia Karanikolaou, resides in one of her annexes on her 1.4 acre plot. Either that, or she’s constantly visiting by the looks of her Instagram account…

Kylie had her ex-best friend, Jordyn Woods, living with her previously in her last house, so it’s likely she’s sharing it with Stassie (and of course her daughter, Stormi).
With a ‘house’ that big, it would be silly not to share it!

What About Travis?
It’s also up for debate whether on/off partner and baby Daddy, Travis Scott, lives with her. While he seemed to stay there during lockdown, it’s thought he might not actually live with the makeup mogul and their daughter.

There’s been talks of the Kylie Cosmetics mogul having another baby since the minute she gave birth to her first. She recently admitting to feeling the pressure to extend her little family:
“My friends all pressure me about it… They love Stormi. I definitely feel pressure to give her a sibling, but there’s no plan.”
But, rest-assured whenever she does decide to have another, there’ll be plenty of room…
