When spoilt American teenager Poppy Moore (Emma Roberts) pulls a prank on her father that crosses the line, he ships her off to an English boarding schools to try and tame her.
As she tries to find her way in this new school, she ends up clashing with head girl Harriet Bentley as well as falling for the dashing Freddie Kingsley.
