The Shuffle Feature
The new ‘shuffle’ button is like spinning a wheel and it lands on a series or film to make your decision for you.
Luckily, the function isn’t entirely random as developers say that the algorithm picks content that it thinks you will like. It could be a series that you’re in the middle of watching, something on your saved list or something you have watched time and time again.
Netflix said that it wants viewers to be able to find something to watch as soon as they log on, to make it feel more like traditional television.
