Remember those book fairs at school? All those memories of being in the school hall and browsing the pop up stall have flooded back some seriously nostalgic memories.

Getting us to read as kids was a serious task as we just wanted to check on our tamagotchi and play with our nintendogs.

Nowadays we kind of know that books are better than the films but as a kid, if there was a film version then there is no way we would be touching that book…

Yet there were still a few which was were good enough to hold our attention and they normally came all wrapped up at Christmas. Prepare for some serious flashbacks.

This series of books was seriously addictive and one of the few things we actually enjoyed reading. With 13 books, this is actually a series that we would actually enjoy reading now. Count Olaf did give us a few nightmares, though…
