We all wondered why this particular character seemed so off to throughout the show – we just knew she wasn’t a teenager and sure enough…she wasn’t.
It’s a nasal condition!
Traci Van Horn was annoying, to say the least. She was Miley’s friend (apparently) but Lola’s arch-nemesis. Her voice was enough to make you switch off the TV!

Traci was a socialite who always had all the up and coming celebs at her parties. Despite being unbearable, she hosted charity events so I guess she’s not all bad…

She almost married Jake Ryan but it turned out to be a prank so Miley would confess her true feelings for the guy. In the end he was a cheater so go ahead and marry him, Traci. We don’t care!
