The 22-year-old blonde beauty found love with the 20-year-old hunk on the first winter series of the ITV2 dating show, with the couple taking home the £50,000 prize but the lovebirds are taking things easy to keep their romance strong after leaving the villa.

Asked if they feel confident to make their relationship work, Finn told the new issue of OK! magazine:

‘Breaking up isn’t something we worry about whether you’re going to last, that might hinder your relationship’.

Paige agreed:

‘I don’t feel any pressure to stay together just because we won either. If it works, it works’.

Finn added:

‘We don’t have to prove anything to anyone’.

The news comes after Curtis Pritchard and Maura Higgins – who came fourth in last year’s series – announced their split last week (02.03.20).

They became the latest couple to go their separate way from the 2019 series after eight months together.

Molly-Mae Hauge and Tommy Fury – who came second – are now the only couple who are still together as winners Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea split after five weeks together.

However, Paige and Finn aren’t worried about any temptations that could make their eyes wander as Love Island has already presented them with plenty of challenges.

Finn said:

‘Paige hasn’t got to worry about that with me. There aren’t that many people throwing themselves at me!’

Paige replied:

‘Yeah, right! Have you seen him!? I think we have trust in each other.

‘Cheating is definitely a deal-breaker for both of us, but you’re challenged so much on Love Island with gorgeous guys and girls, so if we can get through that, we can get through anything’.

What’s more, their relationship has blossomed since leaving the villa as they have had a chance to get to know each other on a deeper level without the cameras.

Finn explained:

‘I feel a lot closer to Paige on the outside than I did in the villa. You always think before you leave, “Will things change when we go back to reality?” But it hasn’t’.

Paige agreed:

‘Same. I feel like I know him even better now’.
