13. The family went everywhere together.
Each year, the Bryants – like most families – would always make such a big fuss of their loved one’s birthdays. But since Kobe was one of the world’s biggest basketball stars at the time, he constantly found himself on the road so to avoid missing out on family time he often brought his family with him. In 2008, Kobe celebrated his birthday with his family, Nyla, Vanessa and Natalia during practice at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics.
