This is a big one. If he needs advice on anything and he really listens to what you have to say then it shows that he really values your opinion. He wants to know how and what you think of things so he can get to know you better.

25. He won’t act annoyed even though he obviously is
There are little things that annoy us all, and as you get to know someone you will come to know exactly what is annoying someone. If you know a guy is trying to not get annoyed with something on purpose its because he doesn’t want to act angry in front of you – a clear sign he’s trying to look good in front of you.
