5. Shrek Wasn’t Originally Scottish
Mike Myers’ first recordings for the film was done using his own voice and usual accent. The actor then tried with a Canadian accent, but felt something was still missing.
Eventually, he landed on the Scottish accent and now we can’t imagine anything different!
