Friendship with Serena Williams

Meghan Markle met one of the greatest tennis players of all time, Serena Williams, at a charity event in 2014. The two quickly went on to become close friends. According to Meghan, there were a lot of things that Serena and Meghan had in common. From their love for hot sauces to their ages, they were too alike.

Meghan wrote on The Tig once that Serena quickly became a friend whom she would text while she was traveling and rally around whenever it was time for an important match. On top of that, they grabbed lunch on quite a few occasions as well. All in all, their friendship was wonderful!
