20-year-old makeup artist Kady McDermott was voted into the villa alongside Terry Walsh on Day 3 of the 2016 series of Love Island. She made quite an impression on the islanders, in particular 28-year-old Scott Thomas whom she took with her straight to the final.

Viewers learned very quickly that you should know better than to cross Kady McDermott. New girl Tina learned that lesson the hard way!
After choosing to take beau Scott on a date, Kady was livid at the blonde bombshell and didn’t hold back when it came to calling her out. Let’s just say she wasn’t exactly supportive of the potential new couple, shouting ‘You’re a c**t’ and ‘Your dress is sh*t’ as the pair strolled off awkwardly into the sunset.

Kady Love Island 2016: Kady And Malia’s Showdown
Do you remember Malia Arkian from Love Island 2016?
Probably not because she lasted approximately five minutes in the villa before she was booted out by security for getting into a scuffle with our Kady.
Everything went from zero to a hundred after Kady spilled a drink on Malia’s dress – we’ll never know whether it truly was ‘accidental’ or not – and Malia unfortunately did not see the funny side.
‘I swear to God, if you want to get rowdy…that’s a f***ing joke. Do you honestly think I’d waste my wine over you? It was a f***ing accident.’
Kady later claimed that although the scene was never shown on telly, Malia actually ‘punched her in the face‘ and left her with a bloody nose after the altercation. Love island bosses had to get involved and Malia was abruptly removed from the villa.

The feud was reignited three years later after a fan asked about Malia on Instagram. Kady tweeted:
‘She punched me in the nose after and gave me a nose bleed but they didn’t show it as too graphic.’
In response, Malia posted an aggressive message:
‘Oi u dumb little b***h do not sit there & try cuss me out on your instastory you low life. You don’t know me & I hope u never bump into me again, u already snaked me once. U desperate little beg, ur neighbour even emailed me coz they hate you, giving me your address.’
Kady replied:
‘Sh your noise hun the footies (sic) on’.

Kady And Scott Had A Rollercoaster Relationship In The Villa
Scott and Kady had a rocky relationship from Day 1. The pair were both as stubborn and hot-headed as each other but their turbulent relationship always kept us entertained. In spite of their issues, we couldn’t help but root for them!
The couple were certainly tested throughout their time on Love Island but came out the other side in third place and continued to date for just over a year.

Kady And Scott Post Love Island
Kady and Scott were one of the power couples to leave the villa in 2016. They took their relationship to the next level by getting a dog together – an adorable ‘teacup’ Pomeranian.
Unfortunately there were troubles in paradise. The couple had a rocky relationship from day 1 and had already split up once temporarily, so fans were suspicious after they went seemingly silent…
Scott told New! Magazine that:
‘Basically, we are just having a bit of time out. She’s just moved back down south and I’m just taking things slow, doing what we should of done at the beginning really.
‘Everyone’s cool, you’ve got to remember we did a show and everything was so intense and so rushed and everything,’ he continued. ‘We are basically just trying to do the right thing and just slow things down a little bit, that is all.’

Sadly, the pair split in the run-up to Christmas for the second and final time. Kady McDermott has revealed since that she had had enough of Scott’s constant partying. She told The Sun:
‘They were making a racket and being really rude to me in my own house. When I asked them to leave, they wouldn’t. They were swearing at me too, so I called the police.
‘Scott likes to go out and is a party boy. He is very sociable – everyone knows him in Manchester – but I’m not like that. That night was the end of our relationship.’

The beauty has wracked up a whopping 1.3 million follower count on instagram and gone on to launch her own beauty brand ‘by Kady’ including: highlighters, eyeshadow pallettes, liquid lipstick and lip pencils.

Kady bears a striking resemblance to former Love Island contestant Kendall Rae Knight, who took part in the 2018 series two years later. The stunning brunettes could be long-lost sisters!

Kady Starts Dating TOWIE Star Myles Barnett In 2018
In summer 2018, Kady confirmed that she was dating TOWIE star Myles Barnett. A source told The Sun that:
‘No one can deny that Kady and Myles make a great couple and they’re both definitely each other’s types. It’s still early days but they have been enjoying spending time together and there’s most certainly a spark between them.
‘There’s even been talk of Kady filming scenes for the upcoming series of Towie as her coming face-to-face with his ex-Courtney would make brilliant TV. Viewers loved watching Kady during her season of Love Island and would adore to see her return to another reality show.’

They Moved In Together
After buying a home together, the reality couple settled in for a long-term romance…or so it seemed! Kady had even joked that Myles had a two year deadline to propose!
In spite of critics saying that the pair were moving too fast, Kady said:
‘People do say it’s too soon to have moved in together, but I feel like you can’t really judge anyone’s path in life.When is the right time to do anything really? Some have kids when they’re 18. Everyone’s different.
‘The thing is with me and Myles, we just clicked, and we both wanted to buy our own place, and we thought do you know what why don’t we just do it together. We’ve not even had an argument since we’ve been together, we just get on.’

Naturally, Kady shocks fans after the pair call it quits just a few months into living together.
A source reported to The Sun, saying:
‘They had a huge row and split up – and then she packed up her things and moved out. She’s furious at him and deleted all the photos of him off social media – but then again, they’re always splitting up and rowing.
‘Everyone thinks it’ll all be back on by next week. They’ve got such a passionate relationship, it’s on and off all the time.’
They were right! In what turned out to be just be a minor hiccup, the pair reconcile just weeks later. Hooray!!

Currently, the reality star has had fans seething with jealousy as she lives it up on yet another holiday – this time in the sunny Dubai. Showing off her enviable figure in a thong bikini, the makeup artist is enjoying the finer things in life.
