Frank Jr. (Giovanni Ribisi) – Then
Frank Jr. was the younger half-brother of Phoebe and Ursula Buffay and like Phoebe and her sister, was also abandoned by their father (Frank Sr.) at a young age.
Just like Phoebe, Frank had a quirky personality and was prone to strange habits and odd comments. He made several appearances throughout the seasons and caused controversy after he began a relationship with his home-economics teacher (who was twenty six years his senior).
They later asked Phoebe if she would become their surrogate after it was revealed that they couldn’t conceive naturally. Phoebe agreed and later gave birth to triplets Frank Buffay Jr. Jr, Chandler Buffay and Leslie Buffay.
Actor Giovanni Ribisi went on to star in James Cameron’s Avatar and currently has the lead role in American crime drama series Sneaky Pete.
