Jack Geller (Elliott Gould) – Then
Jack Geller is the father of Ross and Monica and is the epitome of an embarrassing dad. He usually puts his foot in it by making ill-timed and inappropriate comments and jokes. He is happily married to Judy Geller, Ross and Monica’s mother.
When Monica and Chandler adopted two babies in the series finale, they named their newborn son Jack after Jack Geller. Although Monica has a slightly strained relationship with her parents after their obvious favouritism of Ross, she clearly has a lot of admiration for her old man.
Actor Elliott Gould has been acting since the sixties and has since appeared in Law & Order, CSI and has in recent years acted in Showtime’s Ray Donovan.
