When you think of Rylan Clark, let’s be honest- you think of one of two things: X-factor or Big Brother Bit On The Side (or just teeth?).
The X Factor hopeful – turned Xtra Factor host and TV presenter – has had his fair share of gigs since he was first brought to the Nation’s attention back in 2012. He’s proven to be one of the most desired presenters in the United Kingdom, even giving Holly Willoughby and Phil Schofield a run for their money as a This Morning presenter!

He Got Dropped From Big Brother WAY Back In 2007
Even way before his X Factor and Big Brother days, this Essex chap was always destined to be on our boxes, making it to the Big Brother series 8 final line-up when he was just 18! When it was leaked that he’d be entering, he was booted from the line-up at the last minute.
He’s been rumoured to be on pretty much every reality TV show since his time on Big Brother, but there’s one we won’t be seeing him on anytime soon. Speaking on BBC Radio One about Dancing On Ice, Rylan Clark Neal reveals:
“I would love nothing more than to become a professional ice skater but I would rather do it privately. I think I would probably break every bone in my body because I am 400m tall.”

He’s Actually A Natural Red Head
It’s hard to pretend that Rylan’s iconic, perfectly polished look, came without any help. I mean, you don’t just emerge from the womb with peggies like those.
He’s also undoubtedly dropped a bit of cash on hair dye in his time, given his natural status of red-head. Being a natural ginger and having a tan like Mr. Clark’s, just doesn’t go hand in hand, after all!

He Can ONLY Take A Number Two Completely NAKED
A bit of a weird one- Rylan confessed to only being able to release his bowels, whilst completely starkers.
“If I go to the toilet, I have to be completely naked – not even a sock!”
That’s surely an inconvenience when it comes to public toilets?

He’s Got A 17 Year Old STEP-SON
After Rylan married his long- term partner, ex- police officer Dan Neal in 2015, he took on the role of step- dad to Dan’s 17 year old, Cameron.
It seems Rylan really came in to his own in the role:
“I’ve turned into a proper dad and I even tell him off.”

Given Rylan is only 30 himself, it makes for quite a friendly bond between the pair. The reliability allows Cameron to be open up about topics he might otherwise not want to share with his Dad:
“I look at him like he’s my own. He can talk to me – I’m Dad, but he can talk to me about sex! I’ll say, ‘As long as you’re being safe!’ If that was Dan, he’d be like, ‘Stop it, Dad!”

Rylan enjoys the role so much, it’s made him broody for kids of his own with husband Dan, and often even fantasises about being pregnant himself:
He told This Morning hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes:
“I bet it was lovely to be pregnant, I bet you enjoyed it. I’d love to be pregnant. You know how broody I am. I once had a dream that I was pregnant and I just had that feeling like ‘Ooo, it’s heavy.’”

He’s Got A DIARY ROOM In His House
Since his run as presenter on Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side alongside Emma Willis, there’s obviously been a huge hole left in his life.
The biggest big brother fan to ever walk the Earth has officially taken it to the next level. After the show was cut from our tele screens, he’s taken it upon himself to bring a bit of the show in to his home…
