Miles Made In Chelsea: Everything You Need To Know
He might be the new (ish) boy on the block but he’s also certainly been round it a few times so just what do we need to know about Miles from Made In Chelsea?
Game of Thrones is ending and Love Island is starting… but there’s still a few of us who are more loyal to one of the most OG reality shows out there; Made In Chelsea.
Following the loves, heartbreaks and totally awks moments in the lives of some affluent – to say the least – young bougies in West London, the show is NEVER short of some absolutely fabulous drama.
Needless to say, the series has received some mixed reviews…

A writer for the Telegraph noted:
“The participants are slimmer, sleeker, moneyed and honey-coloured than their Essex counterparts…”
Meanwhile the Metro questioned:
“What is it these fake reality soaps that proves so gruesomely addictive? So there you go, just what you need in your life: pointless people.”
Well, for those people who think it’s more ‘trash tv’ than ‘bourgeois banter’, I’d like to casually point out that the show went and won a BAFTA in 2013. Stick that in your gold-plated, one-of-a kind, antique pipe and smoke it.

From the first season gaining 583,000 viewers with its first episode to season 7 averaging over 1 million viewers for each episode, the show has grown its success from season to season. And with each new series comes new faces as the cast has chopped and changed a fair bit since its premiere way back in 2011.
Jamie Laing, Louise Thompson, Freddie Browne, Olivia Bentley, Sam Thompson and Ryan Libbey have all been knocking about for a while but just last year we saw the latest addition: Mr Miles Nazaire.
With his perfectly coiffed hair, chiseled abs and up-to-no-good smile, it was pretty clear that this boy was about to cause some serious trouble. We do love a bad boy.
So just what do we know about young Miles.

What’s His Background?
AGE: Well, first things first, he is 23 years old (so just under 8 years younger than Sophie Hermann).
SCHOOL: He graduated the Brit school, in 2014, with a degree in broadcast digital communications – other alumni from the school include; Adele, Jessie J, Amy Winehouse and Leona Lewis!
NATIONALITY: Remember that episode when Miles spoke a little french? The one that had our tongues hanging out of our mouths as we drooled all over the remote? Well, that’s because the gentleman is actually très français. Well okay… he’s half french. But still. Ooh la la monsieur.

His parents are actually incredibly artistic: Miles’s mother, Victoria, is a sculptor, whilst his dad, Jacques, is a musician and painter, who founded the Artpeggios Music and Art School.
He Shared His Experience With Panic Attacks
A quick look at his abs, I mean… Instagram account, shows that he’s pretty into fitness but did you know that he had his own YouTube channel dedicated to healthy eating, fitness, fashion and even documents his tattoo experiences.
That description fits pretty much the majority of YouTube accounts nowadays though… so it appears his account has now been deactivated instead sticking to the old faithfuls; Twitter and Instagram.
Miles has also used Instagram to open up about his previous mental health issues.
He posted a video detailing his experience as a teenager and how much the gym had helped him to control his anxiety and panic attacks.
Miles added the caption:
“I had 5-6 panic attacks a day” .
Mental health was a big struggle for me from the age of 16 and I felt alone for a very long time, I went through various different ways to overcome it and I sit here today with an amazing brand @greymatterldn to start that conversation with people and to no longer feel alone anymore! .
This is just the start of our conversation, stay tuned I will be talking to you very soon x

Since starting his fitness journey, Miles explained:
“Mentally it changed a lot for me. My whole mindset of life has changed. Before to have a good night I’d need to go out and have a few drinks whereas now I enjoy an amazing dinner with some friends. You have to learn when to say no.”

What Are His Other Jobs?
Having worked for Knickerbocker TV and M.N pictures, the boy does have a pretty impressive professional background, even launching his own music production label called Nuffsed.
And naturally, he’s a model too.
Modelling, social media influencing and appearing on Made in Chelsea seem to be his main jobs at the moment. Living the high life…

“Don’t Understand Women”
Since his involvement in the show, viewers have been outraged at his treatment of women. In one scene, Miles and James Taylor were at the gym (not doing very much gymming) but instead comparing notes about their feelings towards women.
They were talking about how they prefer to ‘play the field’ than just stick to one girl but then James dropped in the fact that he ‘doesn’t understand women’.
Many took to Twitter to point out that him making women mad might in fact, potentially, just a little bit be because of his playboy behaviour… Huh. Interesting.

One twitter user said:
“Miles and James are the definition of men being trash.”
Another pointed out:
““I just don’t get women,”
Yes because why would they get angry that you dated multiple women at the same time with “special” “first time” dates and lied to them”

When Your Date And Your Ex Walk Into A Bar…
With series 17 kicking off this year, the Made in Chelsea cast welcomed seven new faces – two of whom being Miles’ exes… did someone say drama?
But it was Parisian-born Maeva D’Ascanio who caused the most raucous, calling the other girls on the show ‘jealous and b*tchy’.
Meanwhile, Miles admitted that he was completely blindsided by Maeva turning up.

He confessed:
“Her joining the show was a shock to me. She just popped up. It made me worried. In fact I think you’ll see a more vulnerable side to me really. It’ll be interesting.
“We don’t hate each other. We’re not enemies or anything. But someone has got a bit more love for the other…
“The thing with exes is that you want to escape them. And it’s hard to do that on Made In Chelsea. And sometimes you want to have your cake and eat it, but Maeva makes it very clear that she doesn’t want to mess around.
“I am very much single and wanting to just have fun right now… and she wanted the opposite.”
You can catch up on all the goss on Mondays at 9pm, E4.
