In the latest Love Island news, ahead of the Islanders’ imminent arrival, ITV2 have given fans a sneak peek into the newly-decorated villa.

The ITV2 show are preparing to welcome 12 brand new Love Island contestants into their revamped villa – with a new colour scheme, a hidden cupboard of treats and a luxury hot tub!
The layout of the villa is still the same, but the traditional Spanish converted farmhouse has been transformed into a contemporary home with a whole host of lavish features.

Most notably, the hot tub – which has always been positioned outside – has been moved to the ‘Hideaway’: where the contestants enjoy some steamier moments.

Not only will contestants be able to enjoy a private hot tub session, the show has also introduced a secret cupboard, full of yummy treats for the ITV2 hopefuls.
Yellow is the colour theme for this year’s villa decor, with much of the property being decorated with the vibrant colour. This includes the living space – equip with yellow accessories, yellow cushions and yellow panelling.
It doesn’t stop there – the contestants will be able to get dolled up inside a VIP dressing space – featuring wall-length mirrors and luxury hair styling appliances.

To jazz up the walls, some new lighting features have been included in the hallway with trendy new neon signs with the words ‘to the beach’ and ‘love’.

Islanders can enjoy a good night sleep (or maybe not) in a newly refurbed bedroom boasting blue floors and blue and yellow furnishings.

The space where Islanders keep a watchful eye on fellow contestants as they enjoy their new dates will be home to a cushioned bench and outdoor plants – perfect for keeping comfy while they spy on hopefuls.
Providing contestants with a stunning view of Majorca’s sweeping countryside is an infinity pool, set against the hilltop surrounded by sunbeds for ultimate relaxation.
