11. Assign A Recognisable Notification Tone To All The Best Chats
There’s nothing worse than your phone being across the room, a notification beep coming through, and you having to get up only to find out it’s a message from someone you weren’t too bothered about, quite frankly.

Go on to the chats you actually care about, tap ‘Group Info’ at the top and select ‘Custom Notifications’
…select the tone of your choice so if you hear anything other than that one, you know not to bother looking at your phone in future.
