On their website is more info on each individual ‘guru’, most of which are food scientists or even chefs. So, sadly not just anyone makes the cut (we’re thankful of that when we’re devouring our way through a full tub sat in bed).
The staff also get to go on ‘trend treks’ which involve exploring different cities and their foods for inspiration. Ice cream and holidays- some people really are living their best lives!
