Kieron Dyer

Dyer played for his hometown Ipswich before being sold to Newcastle for £6 million; the highest fee for an Ipswich player at the time. He also represented England on 33 occasions, reaching the quarter finals at both the 2002 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2004.

After his departure from Middlesborough, Dyer returned to Ipswich as an academy coach and is currently the under-18 assistant manager at Ipswich Town.  Dyer has remained in the public eye, appearing on I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here. In 2018, he disclosed to the public that he had been sexually abused by his uncle at just 11 years old.
