It just shows how amazing human life is, how even conjoined twins are able to think and act so individually, whilst also being obviously similar in other aspects. Abby is the outspoken girly- girl, whereas Brittany grew in to more of the reserved ‘tomboy’ who enjoys different things to her sister. Imagine the compromise and patience these two have had to give!
