This is a sign that you’re dehydrated, you could have a fungal infection or be suffering from the flu. Smokers tend to have white-ish tongues.
9. Grey.
Having a grey tongue could be a sign of digestive tract diseases.
The colour of the coating may differ from the colour of your tongue. If you often find a thin white coating on your tongue that is easily brushed off then that is completely normal. The thickness of the coating is proportional to the seriousness of the problem.
