15. A set of keys
“Oh no, where are my keys? Oh wait – they’re just embedded in my son’s head”
This unfortunate 17 month year old found a new toy in his mother’s keys – which somehow found their way into his eye socket and into his skull. He luckily made a full recovery.
Maybe a designated key hook next to the door might be a good idea next time.

16. An engagement ring
It’s probably not the best idea to hide the engagement ring in an item of food or drink (but if you’ve successfully done it, congratulations to you both). This man’s girlfriend was particularly thirsty on this occasion, and downed her milkshake – and the ring too.
