13. A fork and a cockroach
In some twisted version of a Bushtucker Trial, this woman unfortunately managed to swallow a live cockroach – and if that wasn’t bad enough, she tried to get it out using a plastic fork… which didn’t quite work out for her.

14. A pair of scissors
Shockingly, this was actually the fault of the surgeons themselves – when the patient returned to hospital after surgery complaining of stomach pains, the medical professionals – if we can call them that in this case – found a pair of surgical scissors they thought they’d lost.
