After years of chuckling along with Raj, shaking our heads at Sheldon, making fun of Howard and laughing at Leonard, it was announced that 2019 would be the last year for the long-running, ratings-busting comedy The Big Bang Theory.
Waving goodbye to years of geeky fun with our fav science nerds – and Penny – (until the continuous re-runs begin, of course), the characters have come along way since the first series, way back in 2007. Sheldon opened up his barriers, found himself a wife and even stopped knocking five times on a door before entering the room!
So, we know a lot has changed for the socially-awkward characters, but let’s take a look at how the real life actors have developed over the years….
Barry Kripke (John Ross Bowie) – THEN
John plays the returning (yet never less annoying) character of Barry Kripke – the plasma physicist at the Californian University.
