If you notice whitish, grayish, or clay-color poo, then it could indicate a lack of bile.
This could potentially indicate that you have a problem with your liver and gallbladder.
The liver and gallbladder are the organs where bile (stomach acid, that stuff that helps digest your food) is produced and stored. It is possible that this color indicates the problems occurs because of blocked bile ducts and gallstones, due to cirrhosis.

Appearance: Separate solid lumps of poo that is reminiscent of nuts or goat faeces.
Meaning: Severe constipation.
Try: eating more fiber like figs, raspberries, and lentils and avoiding refined flour like pasta.
