2. Lumpy Sausage Shaped Poo
Appearance: A large poo which oddly resembles a sausage-shaped that’s also lumpy. I like to call it the pine cone.
Meaning: Constipation.
Try: eating more fiber like figs, raspberries, and lentils and avoiding refined flour like pasta. Non-dietary reasons may include long-term anti-diarrhea medicine intake and a complete lack of physical activity.
*Eating extra fruits and veggies and exercising is always a health boost!

Appearance: A cracked sausage-shaped poop.
Meaning: A normal and healthy stool.
