3. Red
Red can indicate blood, an anal fissure (tear in the intestines) or something more serious like haemorrhoids, ulcerative colitis, or even cancer. Red can also be the result of something else.
Just something you ate. Consuming a large serving of beets is very healthy. But be sure to make a mental note not to be alarmed when you next poop. They tend to make your poo an alarming reddish purple color. Try not to panic!

4. Black
This color can be visible after taking certain medicine (like aspirin, ibuprofen, and iron supplements just to name a few) or if there’s bleeding in the intestines.
If you have not taken any of those medicines or eaten an extravagant amount of blueberries, you should call your doctor right away.
