It doesn’t come as much of a surprise to find out that Kate asked her guests to donate to anti-bullying charity, Beatbullying, at her wedding.

After only lasting two terms at Downe House School in Berkshire, Kate’s parents moved her to Marlborough College after she claimed she was being bullied.
As a day girl and not a boarder, she was already in the minority in an already very cliquey environment.

Mother-of-three Kate was picked on for being ‘skinny’ and ‘meek’; girls called her names, stole her books and isolated her from the other groups of girls.
Kate and husband William have, on more than one occasion, talked about why anti-bullying charities resonate with them.
