Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) – THEN

Much like Tim, Jimmy Palmer went through a huge transformation during his tenure at the NCIS. From joining the NCIS as a bit of a rambling mess, and according to Dr. Mallard, a terrible driver, Palmer blossomed into a responsible Acting Chief Medical Examiner…well maybe responsible is a step too far. He really took to Ducky like a father figure, so it seems fitting that he took over the role in Ducky’s absence!

Dietzen has been a part of NCIS since the very beginning back in 2003, and much like many of the other long-standing characters, he has no intention to leave. Alongside his acting, judging by his social media he gets involved in a lot of charity work including playing with Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball team and fundraising for L.A. Children’s Hospital- what a guy!
