Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) – THEN

Over the 16 seasons of the show, Timothy McGee went from a nerdy Special Agent often nicknamed McGeek (or our personal favorite, Probie Wan Kenobi) to a highly respected, responsible Senior Field Agent following Agent Gibbs’ brief retirement and Anthony’s promotion. That’s not where Tim’s talents end though as we find out when the team discovers his crime writing alias, Thom E. Gemcity, Agatha Christie watch out!

Before debuting in NCIS, Murray hosted a range of television and film credits including the portrayal of Todd Mitchell in the Friends-esque American sitcom, The Random Years. In keeping with the crime theme, he also played Nick Kepper in the TV movie, Spring Break Lawyer. Just like his character, Murray is happily married with two children, Caitlyn Melissa and River. He continues to be a regular cast member in NCIS and we hope it stays that way!
