“Ducky” Mallard (David McCallum) – THEN

Scotsman Donald Mallard is the eccentric chief medical examiner at NCIS and a close friend of Gibb’s. You’re most likely to find him having a good old natter to the corpses in the morgue…strange right? But everyone loved him nevertheless. At times he wasn’t the most reliable, often turning up to crime scenes late due to a far fetched mishap. Ducky is actually one of the only employees that has been working at the NCIS as long as Gibbs.

McCallum has appeared in countless films and series with a career spanning over 60 years. Although he has now reached the grand old age of 85, he claims that he has no intentions of giving back his lab coat and resigning the role of Ducky Mallard. Most recently, alongside NCIS, McCallum has also voiced Professor Paradox in Ben 10, as well as voicing Alfred in Batman!
