The dress did all the talking, keeping her hair and makeup quite low- key! Something else that did the talking was the $4 million Harry Winston cuffs on her wrists! For the love of God, I hope she didn’t lose them!
Then, of course, we have the late Audrey Hepburn. We’re throwing this one back to 1954 when she won an award for her role in Roman Holiday. To the awards, she wore a customised version of the original that she donned in the movie. The Edith Head creation was actually auctioned off in 2011 for, wait for it… $131, 292!! I know she was an icon, but somebody clearly had too much money than they knew what to do with!
