16 and Pregnant’s fifth season showed us Summer and husband, DJ, struggling for their pending parenthood – but in the end, she gave birth to a son, Peyton Daniel. Summer and DJ had actually got married prior to the episode, but MTV decided to ignore that by referring to DJ only as her ‘boyfriend’; the couple also lived with DJ’s parents due to Summer’s struggling relationship with her own mom and her addiction problems.
Summer and DJ went on to have another child together; but recently on social media, Rewis revealed that she’s no longer with DJ by labelling herself a ‘single mom’ – but we’re sure Rewis will update us all on social media if she finds love in her life again.
