Perhaps the most shocking of the teen moms, Farrah was a feisty girl who got into constant abusive fights with her mom; although our heart went out to her when the father of her baby, Derek, was killed in a car accident. She proved paternity to his family and later started getting some help. The show has followed her off and on as we witnessed her dramatic transformation. Nose job, chin implants, two rounds of breast implants and two rounds of lip fillers; you can bet she looks pretty different nowadays. (She even had her rear end tightened – and she’s 26!). Farrah was christened ‘Back Door Teen Mom’ after starring in porn, which led to disagreements with producers over an adult webcam series she was in – she then left the show in 2018.
